iPhone - Tip of the week - Home screen navigation

I now have 4 home screens of icons and quick navigation has become more important than ever. Here are the navigation commands I have discovered.

The four dots (inside yellow circle) indicates that I have four home screens (you can have up to 9). There are two ways to navigate to your other home screens:

1. Swipe your finger right to left to move forward to your next screen (reverse motion to return) or
2. Tap the dots. Tapping the dots or right of the dots moves you one screen forward. Tapping to the left of the dots move you one screen back.

I find tapping faster than swiping but it is good to have both methods available. Another important navigation feature is pressing the hardware home button. This will always bring you back to your first home screen which in my case contains the applications I use the most.
