I know it is Wednesday, but this week is getting up to a slow start. It is the end of summer and everyone is getting back to business, making sure they get their business plans and projects completed before the December holidays, but really shooting for Thanksgiving at the end of November.
My review of the Altec Lansing inMotion iMV712 Mini-Theater for iPod has been published on pocketnow.com here. I was very impressed with the sound quality (it should be good for the price) and the ability to view video from the iPod on something bigger than a 2.5" screen is a big plus.
I did contact Kodak about my issues with emailing pictures to the Kodak Gallery using [email protected] They replied that they were aware of issues and were working on resolving them. The work around is upload them via the web browser, which is what I ended it up doing. I was also having issues with uploading using Adobe Photoshop Elements, but the issue mysteriously resolved itself.
I have been looking hard at purchasing the HTC Kaiser, but have not been able to justify the $799.95. I would love having the 256KB ROM and 128KB RAM, along with the 3 mega pixel camera. Not to mention the tri-band UMTS, which is at the crux of my dilemma, I would not be able to use it until T-Mobile turns on their 3G network (maybe October) and they may very well be offering their version of the Kaiser in the US at a subsidized price when they launch 3G. So I wait some more...
This week:
- I hoping to finish up my review of Ilium Software's ListPro 5.0 this week.
- I started my review of the Etymotic ety8 Bluetooth headphones.
